
A few weeks ago my friends made shaved asparagus pizza and a kale, tomato and mozzarella pizza for one of our friend’s fresh start aka post-breakup meal.
I was told later that the punching and rolling out of the dough was a really helpful way to take out some rage.
The recipe for the shaved asparagus pizza is from Smitten Kitchen but instead of making pizza dough from scratch they used the Whole Foods ready-made pizza dough.
There was no recipe for the tomato, kale, mozzarella pizza. They just threw on some red sauce, layered the ingredients and baked for the same amount of time as the shaved asparagus.
